MixUp is the largest music and video retail chain in Mexico, while iShop is the largest chain of stores selling Apple products and accessories in Mexico. Both formats operate under the company name of Promotora Musical S.A. de C.V. (Promusa).

As for the MixUp and iShop stores, at the end of the year they had 141 units and 43,772 square meters of commercial space.

With the continuation of the trend towards remote work, virtual meetings and online events, the demand for technology and electronics continued to generate a greater demand for Apple products and accessories. The launching of the iPhone at the end of the year took place with promotional support and online sales.

Promusa contributed to the results with 27% of the total sales and 20% of the consolidated EBITDA of Grupo Sanborns. During 2021 iShop opened 3 new branches: Encuentro Oceanía and Patio Tlalpan in Mexico City, and the La Perla store in Guadalajara, while closing one store in Gran Sur.
